Brainstorm original fashion, beauty, entertainment & lifestyle content ideas and editorial packages. Finesse other editors’ concepts & work closely with publicists and talent managers to secure coverage & exclusives.
Track user engagement and traffic through analytical reporting tools to make decisions on editorial content, social media strategy and user experience.
Oversee all editorial design, product development and CMS enhancements and work with product lead and tech teams to ensure that all digital product features are maintained.
Build relationships with distribution partners and develop partnerships that are beneficial to driving traffic and brand exposure for all of Teen Vogue’s content.
Liaison between all internal stakeholders (Print, Sales, Marketing, Business Development) to develop & support all Teen Vogue initiatives from a digital perspective.
Work closely with the sales & marketing teams to provide editorial concepts for advertising integrations as well as product enhancement updates, recommendations on user experience & site best practices.
Manage the digital budget and invoicing and provide approval or guidance on budget asks.
Ideate video content, plan & book Teen Vogue video shoots and coordinate with in-house and external
production companies on all of Teen Vogue’s videos; provide edits and approval on video content.
Oversee day-to-day programming & implementation of SEO/SEM and train digital teams in best practices.
Led a team responsible for exceeding Teen Vogue’s digital KPIs: +23% in unique visitors, +15% in pageviews
and +12% in repeat visitation in 2014; additionally, grew newsletter list by +35% and social platforms by 25% YOY.
